After conducting a data quality survey in August 2008 (covered in the October 2009 issue of the IAIDQ newsletter), a follow up survey was commissioned from MCC International Ltd by Capscan and conducted in May 2010. Survey results reveal that little progress has been made in realising the business value of data quality in the years between the surveys.
