Monica Jones leads a team in the US federal government that coordinates the agency's implementation of the Information Quality Act. Monica has served as a federal Program Analyst and Quality Assurance Manager. She has more than 22 years experience, implementing, assessing and reviewing quality systems. She is a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and the International Association for Information and Data Quality (IAIDQ).
