Don Carlson
About the Author
Don Carlson is a Senior Vice President of Data Management and Governance supporting the Finance Systems Roadmap at Bank of America. He previously led a team focused on business process improvements using six sigma methods for the customer information program (CIP), know your customer information (KYC), AML risk rating and enhanced due diligence (EDD) processes. He has an engineering education and over twenty five years experience in improving processes with the years since 2000 focused on improving business, data and information processes. He has spoken internationally on six sigma process improvements, data quality programs and supply chain data improvement.
